JEEVKADGI PHODI ( BREADFRUIT DEEP FRY )






Make a paste of red chilli pd + salt + little rice flour + little chiroti rawa + hing .. apply this to the breadfruit pieces .. now roll these in the mixture of rice flour + chiroti rawa  and deep fry

you can also go for the tawa fry method.. Place all the pieces on the hot tawa .. pour 2 tbsp oil and roast on both sides..
